We only stayed here for 1 night, as we did n't have time, nevertheless everything was good. The room was large with very comfy beds. Outstanding staff with great service.

The hotel was small and good standard, and the staff were fabulous, loved the optimal location very close to the airport bus stop at the front door, a major transportation hub where one can easily connect to other cities and towns, shopping area.

Cute and reasonably clean hotel with modern design. The room was good basic, the venue features a terrace bar onsite. The restaurant was good here, I had tasty dishes. I liked the lovely pool area.

It was really a handy hotel for a trip to Sapporo. Amazing beds, climate control, TV and free WiFi in the room. The staff did all they can for a splendid stay. Location was majestic, good value as opposed to other options. Terrace bar was relaxing! I was pleased with outstanding service too.

the place was hip new, fairly clean, had outstanding service and staff. room had a big size bathroom that we loved. the place was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from sapporo heart of the city. downtown area.
